For new customers, we have a minimum order of 500 EUR. Once you've established an account, there's no minimum for subsequent orders. For bulk orders (over 5,000 EUR), volume discounts apply automatically.
In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery to mainland France takes 2-3 business days, and 3-7 business days for other EU countries. Special orders or out-of-stock items may take 1-3 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
All products are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on the product). We also offer extended warranties on select equipment. Warranty claims are handled directly through our team for a streamlined process.
For EU business customers (outside France) with a valid EU VAT number, we apply the reverse charge mechanism. This means you don't pay French VAT on your invoice - you account for VAT in your own country according to local rules. Simply provide your VAT number during registration.
Purchase is ideal if you need equipment long-term and prefer ownership. Rental works better for short-term projects, testing equipment before buying, or if you prefer predictable monthly costs with maintenance included. We can advise based on your specific situation.
New customers typically pay on order or get 30-day terms. Established customers can qualify for 30-60-90 day terms based on history. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and direct debit. Large orders can be negotiated individually.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products in perfect condition can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Defective products are exchanged or refunded under warranty. Software and licenses cannot be returned once activated.
Our primary focus is France and the EU-27. For non-EU destinations, we can arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis - contact us for a quote. Note that customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility for non-EU deliveries.
Yes, for Enterprise orders (over 25,000 EUR), we offer on-site installation and setup. This service is available in mainland France and select EU countries. Additional fees may apply depending on complexity and location.

Yes, we are registered in the public supplier registry and can respond to tenders. We can provide all required administrative documents (company registration, tax and social certificates, etc.). Contact us for specific procedures.
